Day 1 : Chennai Airport to Mahabalipuram (1.5hrs
Meet and greet on arrival at Chennai Airport.You will be received by our representative at the airport, who will take you to Mahabalipuram from Chennai by car. Enroute you can see DakshinaChithra traditional houses and handicrafts of rural Tamil Nadu. Check-in at hotel.
Day 2 : Mahabalipuram Sightseeing
After breakfast, visit the places like Arjuna?s Penance and Tiger Cave and relax on the beach in the evening.
Day 3 : Mahabalipuram to Puducherry (2 hrs)
After breakfast, check out from hotel and travel to Pondicherry, the French town. Check-in at the hotel and in the afternoon go to Paradise Beach and spend time till evening.

Day 4 : Puducherry Sightseeing
After breakfast, drive through the French colony (White town) and surrounding attractions. Visit Auroville, Aurobindo Ashram and Government Museum. Spend time in seaside promenade shopping and return back to hotel.

Day 5 : Puducherry to Tanjore (3.5 hrs
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Tanjore by car. Check-in at the hotel and in the afternoon visit the famous places in the area. Tanjore is known for its architecture and paintings. Visit the magnificient Bragatheeswarar Temple which is known as Big Temple. This temple is special because the shade of the tower doesnt fall on the ground.

Day 6 : Tanjore to Madurai(3.5 hrs)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and move to flower town Madurai by Car. Check in hotel and in the afternoon visit Madurai Meenakshi Temple, Koodalazhagar temple, Sound and Light show in the evening at 17th century Nayaks palace.

Day 7 : Madurai to Munnar (3.5hrs
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Munnar. While driving through Munnar enjoy beautiful streams of small waters, Pepper cardamom and Tea plantations and thick forests. On arrival, check in the hotel.

Day 8 : Munnar Sightseeing
After breakfast, we will take you for a full day sightseeing of Munnar, covering Mattupetty Lake & dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake and Blossom garden. Eravikulam Wildlife sanctuary and Tea Plantation offer a spectacular view.

Day 9 : Madurai to Periyar (2 hrs)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and get ready to travel to Periyar by car. After a morning drive through the scenic beauty on the way to Periyar, check-in at the hotel there and in the afternoon roam freely in the wildlife sanctuary covering an area of 777 sq km.

After breakfast, visit the wonderful places in the area. In Periyar, there is a 26 sq km. artificial lake. It serves as natural habitat for wild boars, elephants and antelopes. Watch them on the banks of the river during a boat cruise.

After breakfast, travel to houseboat from Periyar. A houseboat cruise in these backwaters is a delightful experience. Enjoy the evening in the sun deck.
